Orders Generally Ship Within 48 hours unless noted below.
Most items will ship from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of your order provided it is received Monday through Friday prior to 2:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders received after 2:00PM EST, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or the US Postal Service.
When will my Order Arrive?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping option selected during checkout.
How do I Track my Order?
Orders shipped via UPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the Fed-Ex tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well. Orders shipped by other carriers may not be trackable.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are encouraged to contact us to request the actual shipping fees for any order.
We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact us via email with your order and where you would like it sent, and we will determine the appropriate letting us know exactly what you intend to order. We will hen reply with the exact shipping charges.
We ship materials worldwide. International customers are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may define your specific shipping charges and arrangements.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ML Distribution you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.)

All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number. Orders returned without a Return Authorization will not be refunded. Please do not return your order to the address from whence it was shipped. The return-to address will be provided with the Return Authorization Number assigned to you.
Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box. Attach your label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
